Clinton County Municipal Court dispositions

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty during the week of December 21 through 25:

• Andrew Radabaugh, 25, of Goshen, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for six months.

• Kyle Donaldson, 49, of Blanchester, theft, sentenced 180 days jail (164 days suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $100 court costs, two years supervised probation, letter of apology to be written, pay restitution. If compliant, court will suspend $500 of the fine.

• Carrie Mitchell, 47, of New Vienna, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $275, assessed $200 court costs, 20 hours community service. Mitchell’s disorderly conduct charge was amended from obstruction of justice.

• Timothy J. Fisher Jr., 29, of Clarksville, disorderly conduct, fined $150, assessed $100 court costs. Fisher was initially charged with criminal mischief.

• Jonathan Allen, 36, of Clarksville, obstruction of official business, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation.

• Lisa Gast, 55, of Blanchester, domestic violence, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $100 court costs, limited contact with a certain person. Jail suspended on condition Gast complete supervised probation.

• Kyle Donaldson, 39, of Blanchester, possession of a drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $750, assessed $100 court costs. If compliant, court will suspend $375 of Donaldson’s fines.

• James Bryant, of Cuba, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Alexander Garcia, 20, of Blanchester, possession of a drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $500, assessed $100 court costs. If Garcia is admitted to a treatment facility while in jail, court will consider releasing him to that facility and placing Garcia on supervised probation.

• Scott Coates, 32, of Xenia, possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $200, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for six months, one year supervised probation.

• Christopher Liming, 27, of Russellville, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Jody Wilson, 38, of Jeffersonville, two counts theft, sentenced 360 days jail, fined $500, assessed $200 court costs, no similar offenses for two years.

• Jonathan Crabtree, 21, of Highland, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Kourtney Kain, 20, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $55, assessed $100 court costs.

• John Feltner, 49, of Hillsboro, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $105 court costs.

• Eric Bomberger, 28, of Blanchester, theft and possession of marijuana, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,000, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for six months, supervised probation, write letter of apology. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia against Bomberger was dismissed.

• William Jackson II, 48, of Wilmington, reckless hunting and no hunting license, sentenced 10 days jail (stayed), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs. Jail stayed so Jackson II can complete a hunter safety course. Hunting license suspended two years.

• Matthew Gilbert, 24, of Blanchester, hunting without a license, fined $205, assessed $100 court costs.

• Skye Storer, 29, of Sabina, domestic violence, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, one year supervised probation. A separate charge of domestic violence was dismissed without prejudice.

• Tammy Downing, 46, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs. Downing was initially charged with obstructing official business.

• Haleigh Lombardo, 20, of Jamestown, possession of drugs, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, one year supervised probation.

• David Dean Jr., 24, of Wilmington, illegal manufacturing of drugs, fined $200, assessed $100 court costs. Charges of possession of drugs and possession of marijuana were dismissed.

The following had charges dismissed:

• Joseph Trivett, 29, of Amelia, theft; charge dismissed.

• Samantha Leon, 26, of Goshen, possession of drug abuse instrument; charge dismissed.

• Kristi Hayslip, 44, of Clarksville, theft; charge dismissed upon payment of court costs.

• Derrek Jones, 26, of Wilmington, domestic violence; charge dismissed upon payment of court costs by a March review.

• Tyler Burnette, 22, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.
