WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following were found guilty or pleaded guilty to crimes during the week of March 14 through March 18:

• Joshua Cromer, 27, of Lynchburg, domestic violence, sentenced 180 days jail (170 days suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation. If compliant, court will suspend $500 of Cromer’s fine.

• James Moon, 45, of Peebles, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $115 court costs, no similar offense for two years, 20 hours community service.

• Travis Cordy, 23, of New Richmond, unauthorized use of property, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, no similar offense for two years, 20 hours community service.

• Christopher Clifton, 22, of Wilmington, aggravated menacing, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $75, assessed $115 court costs, no contact with a certain person.

• Ashleigh Myers, 28, of Wilmington, receiving stolen property, sentenced 90 days, assessed $115 court costs, sentence concurrent with a Clinton County Court of Common Pleas sentence.

• Morgan Anderson, 23, of Clarksville, attempt to commit a crime, sentenced 60 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Ricky Johnson Jr., 35, of Wilmington, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation.

• Israel Ephrem, 21, unauthorized use of property, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, no similar offense for two years, 20 hours community service.

• Joshua Jacobs, 30, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $10, assessed $115 court costs.

• Logan Aber, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Douglas McClanahan, 33, of Blanchester, assault, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $115 court costs, no similar offense for two years, unsupervised probation, no contact with victim.

• Leon Hill, 28, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $30, assessed $115 court costs.

• William Donaldson, 39, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $30, assessed $115 court costs.

• Teqon Scott, 23, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $30, assessed $115 court costs, license suspended.

• Joey Fulton, 36, of Wilmington, obstruction, fined $150, assessed $115 court costs.

• Shelly Gabbard, 47, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation, no contact with victim business, no similar offense for two years.

The following had charges dismissed:

• Angela Faul, 38, of Port William, domestic violence; charge dismissed upon payment of fines, court costs.

• Paulina Nichting, 39, of Clarksville, possession of drug abuse instrument; charge dismissed.
