BLANCHESTER — The Blanchester Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for the grand re-opening of Peoples Bank in Blanchester.

Since acquiring the locations of National Bank & Trust in 2015, Peoples Bank has been working to complete branch renovations in two phases. Phase 1 was recently completed — November 2015 — and included the renovation of branches in Clinton, Montgomery and Warren Counties.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate the grand re-opening of our branches in this market,” said Ed Reilly, Peoples Bank executive vice president – regional president.

“Our associates are focused on building success in their communities. Each branch features a dedicated and highly visible community wall to showcase local organizations and events,” Reilly added.

Locations participating in Phase 2 grand re-opening events are located in Batavia, Blanchester, Georgetown, Hillsboro, Milford, Mount Orab, New Vienna, Sardinia and Williamsburg.
