20 sentenced in Municipal Court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Court Judge Mike Daugherty and Magistrate Bob Peele handle criminal misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following were found guilty or pleaded guilty of crimes during the week of July 13 to July 17:

Nicholas Brush, 29, of Wilmington, two counts obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $200, assessed $200 court costs, unsupervised probation (length not specified in report).

Jeremy Gibson, 24, of Morrow, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for one year.

Codey Underwood, 25, of Pleasant Plain, theft, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, jail suspended on condition of good behavior and unsupervised probation, must not enter Walmart for two years.

Shannon Fawley, 37, of Hillsboro, theft, sentencing stayed.

Jimmy White, 59, of Golden, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Laura McCoy, 46, of Blanchester, theft, sentenced 30 days jail (26 days suspended), assessed $100 court costs.

Danielle Ferguson, 24, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs. A separate charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

William Schenk, 21, of Wilmington, two counts obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $200, assessed $200 court costs, two years supervised probation. A separate charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

Ashley Slone, 31, of Sabina, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $100 court costs, jail stayed on condition of good behavior and unsupervised probation.

Steven Sweeney, 45, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, 20 hours of community service; the charge was amended from a second degree misdemeanor charge of obstruction of official business.

Joshua Anderson, 19, of Fairborn, theft, fined $600, assessed $100 court costs.

David Welch, 38, of Wilmington, aggravated menacing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), return to supervised probation. Separate charges of menacing and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Harold Hunt, 69, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Shane Watson, 28, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, assessed $100 court costs.

Michael Hall, 33, of Mount Orab, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Christopher Gillam, 29, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Jeanine Offor, 39, of Wilmington, assault, sentencing stayed until September 24.

Joshua Walls, 20, of Wilmington, criminal mischief, sentenced 60 days jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $100 court costs, jail suspended on condition Walls complete supervised probation, 40 hours community service, pay restitution, write letter of apology. The charge was amended from a second degree misdemeanor charge of criminal damages.

Linsai Camp, 29, of Hillsboro, theft, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 270 days jail (73 days suspended), fined $1,750, assessed $200 court costs, 20 hours community service, supervised probation; if compliant with probation and weekly drug testing is clean, the fine will be suspended. A separate charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Bobbi Rios, 33, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

William Hall, 19, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $250, assessed $100 court costs; if compliant with probation, court may suspend fines and jail sentence.

The following had charges that were dismissed:

Tina Neanover, 27, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.

Christina Cheek, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Traey Rockhold, 32, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.

Faris Parker, 31, trespassing, burglary; charges dismissed.
