Clinton County municipal sentences come down

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between May 9 and May 13:

• Justin West, 37, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $115 court cost, no contact with two people. West must also complete two years supervised probation to include self-assessment questionnaire, anger management and domestic violence education. A separate charge of domestic violence against West was dismissed.

• Christopher Stout, 33, of Wilmington, menacing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $115 court costs, complete supervised probation, temporary protection order vacated. A charge of aggravated menacing against Stout was dismissed.

• Joey Dixon, 39, of Blanchester, theft and possession of a drug abuse instrument, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,750, assessed $115 court costs, driver’s license suspended for six months, no contact with victim business, write letter of apology.

• Ryan Hillard, 30, of Hillsboro, theft and possession of a drug abuse instrument, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,750, assessed $115 court costs, write letter of apology to victim, driver’s license suspended for about six months.

• Bryan Marquardt, 41, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Stephen Tussey, 29, of West Carrollton, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Tyler Gilcher, 19, of Brunswick, disorderly conduct, fined $55, assessed $115 court costs.

• Joseph Dixon, 39, of Blanchester, receiving stolen property, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs, write letter of apology.

• Maxwell Sill, 24, of Blanchester, obstruction of official business, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), assessed $115 court costs.

• Angela Rowan, 46, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, assessed $115 court costs.

The following had charges against them dismissed:

• Evan Oliver, 42, of Leesburg, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.

• Kristina Burns, 29, of Hillsboro, child endangerment; charge dismissed.

• Joseph Allen, 34, of Watertown, domestic violence; charge dismissed upon payment of court costs as diversion is complete.

• Grady Garrison, 20, of Wilmington, underage consumption; charge dismissed.

• Mitchell Haasz, 20, of Malraven, underage consumption; charge dismissed as diversion is complete.

• Devin Short, 19, of Loveland, underage consumption; charge dismissed as diversion is complete.

• Jason Bolish, 37, of Blanchester, criminal damages; charge dismissed.

• Ashley Rhonemus, 18, of Martinsville, underage consumption; charge dismissed.

• Hanna Fosbrink, 18, of New Vienna, possession of criminal tools; charge dismissed upon completion of diversion.

• Dallas Fyffe, 18, of Sabina, possession of criminal tools; charge dismissed upon completion of diversion.

• Zachary Bernard, 18, of Sabina, possession of criminal tools; charge dismissed upon completion of diversion.

• Janelle Fatheree, 67, of Blanchester, trespassing; charge dismissed.

• Jodi Arrington, 31, of Sabina, theft; charge dismissed.

• Timothy Lytle, 26, of Sabina, theft; charge dismissed.
