Clinton County Municipal Court sentences meted out

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between May 16 through May 20:

• Christopher Johnston, 25, of Dayton, theft, sentenced 14 days jail, fined $30, assessed $115 court costs, unsupervised probation, no contact with victim business for two years, writer letter of apology to victim business.

• Bonnie Accoo, 54, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced 30 days jail (29 days suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, write letter of apology to victim business, no contact with victim business, no similar offense for two years, unsupervised probation.

• Kendra McKinney, 27, of Sabina, domestic violence, sentenced 30 days jail (concurrent with other sentence), assessed $115 court costs.

• William Bradley Jr., 43, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $250, assessed $115 court costs, driver’s license suspended six months.

• Stephenie Marlow, 31, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $115 court costs, no contact with a certain person, no similar offense for two years, unsupervised probation.

• Brian Knisley Jr., 22, of Xenia, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Destiny Henderson, 22, of Wilmington, criminal mischief, costs suspended.

• Kenneth Moore, 31, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, driver’s license suspended six months.

• Tevin Amburgy, 20, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Rachel Long, 36, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Paul Conger, 32, of Wilmington, falsification and obstruction of official business, sentenced 60 days jail, assessed $115 court costs.

• Jesse Kasserman, 25, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Dewey Warman, 22, of Hillsboro, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $115 court costs.

• Stephen Marlow, 18, of Bethel, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

The following saw charges against them dismissed:

• Branden Fisher, 29, of Bowersville, possession of drug abuse instrument; charge dismissed.

• Allen Tagg, 26, of Sabina, menacing; charge dismissed.

• Derek Ritchie, 25, of Blanchester, domestic violence; charge dismissed.
