Boatrite along with Ward, Shannon Todd and four children that were in the Ward vehicle — ranging in age from 6 to 12 — were all transported to area hospitals.

Troopers were assisted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton Township Police Department, Salem-Morrow Fire Department, Harlan Township Fire Department, Hamilton Township Fire and Rescue, Turtle Creek Township Fire Department, Union Township Fire Department, City of Lebanon Fire Department and Deerfield Township Fire Department.

The crash remains under investigation and alcohol is considered to be a factor in the crash, according to the OSHP.
