One person was injured and some downtown Wilmington streets closed after a three-vehicle crash near the courthouse at around noon Wednesday. According to police as well as a witness, a 17-year-old girl driving a Toyota sedan allegedly made an illegal left turn from South Street onto Main Street — going the wrong way on the one-way street — then pulled into a parking spot before doing a u-turn and turning left to go north on South Street, cutting off a Lincoln MKZ. The Lincoln then allegedly hit a parked Jeep and the Lincoln flipped over. The unknown driver of the Lincoln was reportedly injured in the crash.
