The Clinton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on East Main Street in downtown Wilmington is getting rehabbed, one of three county-owned buildings to receive maintenance and repair attention in the coming months. The structure formerly housed the Wilmington office of the U.S. Postal Service.
