Port William man indicted on 9 drug charges in Clinton County

WILMINGTON — A recent group of Clinton County grand jurors presented nine counts against a Port William resident, and further alleged the man is “a major drug offender.”

Stephen T. McManima, 25, of Port William, was indicted with three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, and one count each of trafficking in L.S.D., possessing L.S.D., and possessing hashish.

The phrase “major drug offender” in Ohio law refers to someone who has been found legally guilty of a drug offense where the amount of the controlled substance reaches a certain volume considered major — an amount that varies depending on the drug. In McManima’s case, allegedly the drug is methamphetamine.

The names, ages, residences, and charges of other people recently indicted by the local grand jury are provided below. The alleged criminal activities all reportedly occurred in Clinton County.

• Christina E. Stover, 25, of Blanchester, was indicted with aggravated trafficking in drugs, and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

• Matthew J. Payton, 30, of Blanchester, was indicted with possessing heroin, and with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Jeremy Carlos Pack, 25, of Sabina, was indicted with felony domestic violence.

• Jordan T. St. John, 23, of Midland, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Aaron M. Stephens, 32, of Hillsboro, was indicted with possessing heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, and obstructing official business.

• Jason Allen Wallace, 41, of Cuba, Ohio, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence.

• Tiffany M. Rubenstahl, 34, of Batavia, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Stacy Jill Garrett, 35, of Blanchester, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Jeffrey Eugene Tedford Jr., 31, of Hillsboro, was indicted with two counts of failing to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and receiving stolen property.

• Stephanie M. Kintz, 33, of Wilmington, was indicted with two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle.

• Cynthia R. Delarosa, 31, of Washington Court House, was indicted with possessing heroin.

• Antwan R. Morris, 21, of Wilmington, was indicted with theft.

• Loren Adam Thomas, 29, of Sabina, was indicted with trespass in a habitation, criminal trespass, and petty theft.

• Joshua C. Morton, 34, of Clarksville, was indicted with endangering children, and assault.

• George Samuel Huston, 43, of Midland, was indicted with two counts of robbery, and two counts of assault.

• James Bennett, 47, with an at-large address, was indicted with violating a notice of change of address of residence, school or place of employment.

• Kristin S. Williams, 27, of Wilmington, was indicted with breaking-and-entering, petty theft, and vandalism.

• Thomas Arthur Grimes, 25, of Wilmington, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Kimberly A. Butcher, 42, of Chillicothe, was indicted with passing bad checks, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Bradley Alan Copas, 38, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin, and tampering with evidence.

• Genamay S. Eades, 26, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin, and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Destiny L. Robinson, 24, of Blanchester, was indicted with two counts of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse or prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution, and possessing drugs.

• Matthew Hudnell, 35, of Blanchester, was indicted with complicity to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse or prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution.

• Teddie E. Burchett, 56, of Blanchester, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Stephanie M. Kintz, 33, of Wilmington, was indicted with two counts of receiving stolen property.

• Sidney G. Clay, 70, of Wilmington, was indicted with 20 counts of employers to file return and pay withholding.

• Amanda Christine Hensley, 33, of Reesville, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs, and endangering children.
