WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Dec. 27 and Dec. 30:

• Sarah Washington, 32, of Dayton, possession of controlled substances, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. Washington shall not commit any offenses for two years, and complete non-reporting probation. An additional charge of possessing controlled substances was dismissed.

• Jason Pack, 36, of Clarksville, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Drug and alcohol assessment to be completed by Talbert House before court considers released on supervised probation.

• William Watson, 57, of Blanchester, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Jan. 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs. Jail stayed to allow the defendant to complete a three-day residential driver intervention program. Driving privileges granted effected Jan. 16, 2017 if defendant complaint court will suspend $400 of fine.

• Stephen Picone, 52, of New Vienna, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from aggravated menacing. Picone must have no contact with the victim, commit no offenses for two years and complete non-reporting probation.

• Dalton Fulton, 20, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Fulton must complete 30 hours of community service, and write a letter of apology to the victim. Restitution is pending.

• Jessica Brown, 29, of Martinsville, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from aggravated trespassing. Brown is to have no contact with the victim, shall commit no offense for two years, and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Joe McLaren, 42, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from O.V.I. McLaren must participate in non-reporting probation, ALS vacated. Additional charges of O.V.I. and failure to control were dismissed.

• Ashley Neanover, 21, of Wilmington, O.V.I., no operator’s license, driving under suspension-financial, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from Dec. 28, 2016 to June 27, 2017, fined $1,175, assessed $375 court costs. Neanover must take part in supervised probation. Court to pay three day DIP program, ALS vacated. Additional charges of no tail lights, disorderly conduct and O.V.I. suspension were dismissed.

• Jon Reeder, 20, of New Vienna, disorderly conduct, fined $25, assessed $125 court costs.

• Alexandria Doyle, 21, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Arelis Vaughn, 21, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension-financial, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jatone Stephens, 28, of Akron, going 90 in 70 mph speed zone, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Nathan Harris, 26, of Loveland, driving under suspension-financial, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Angela Vinup, 48, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from O.V.I. Vinup must take part in non-reporting probation, ALS vacated. Additional charges of O.V.I. and no plate light were dismissed.

• Larry Strong, 41, of Columbus, driving under suspension, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving 83 in a 70 mph speed zone.

• Jonathon Bussell, 24, of New Vienna, possession of drugs, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Catherine Kim, 26, of Wilmington, going 93 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jamal Alwai, 19, of Avon Lake, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Anthony Sofer, Jr., 37, of Cincinnati, going 96 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.
