WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty between April 3 and April 7:

• Joshua Houser, 32, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, two counts of theft, sentenced to 352 days in jail (172 suspended), fined $225, assessed $250 court costs. A receiving stolen property charge was dismissed. Houser must have no contact with the victims, pay $25 in restitution to one of them, must writer a letter of apology to both, and complete eight hours of community service.

• Jaya Stewart, 27, of Wilmington, trespassing, driving under suspension sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $125, assessed $250 court costs. Stewart will pay only costs for the trespassing charge. Stewart must have no contact with the victim and write a letter of apology to them.

• Angela Mckee, 22, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. McKee must complete three-day non-residential driver intervention program. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Jessica Puller, 29, of Wilmington, reckless operation, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. Puller must take part in non-reporting probation for two years. No ALS imposed. A seat belt and tag/slicker violation were dismissed.

• Levi Hollingsworth, 27, possession of marijuana, marijuana drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Hollingsworth will only pay fines for the paraphernalia charge.

• Christen Chen, 21, of Cleveland, going 96 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Steffie Kim, 27, of Bloomington, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Brittany Kirk, 30, of Greenfield, driving under suspension, fined$125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Charles Edison, 34, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension-reinstatement fee.

• Isaac Benson, 40, of Dayton, possession of marijuana, no operator’s license, fined $225, assessed $250 court costs. The no operator’s license charge was amended from a driving under suspension charge. A turn signal violation was dismissed.

• David Denney, 26, of Sabina, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $125 court costs. Denney will take part in supervised probation if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine.

• Thomas Littler, 41, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jahwuan Nelson, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jason Bolish, 38, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a domestic violence charge.

• Krista Baker, 28, of Wilmington, animal cruelty, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Nathon Lyons, 18, of Sabina, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Alusine Barrie, 19, of Fairburn, Ga., going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.
