WILMINGTON — Clinton County Kids & Company is holding auditions for its 24th season on Saturday, June 10 between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in Kelly Center at Wilmington College.
They are looking for a large energetic cast of children and teens. From 10 to 11 a.m., they will audition children ranging in age from 6 through 10. From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., they will audition youth whose ages are 11 to 18. No preparation is necessary for the audition.
The dramatized classic “Alice in Wonderland” will be presented at the Wilmington High School auditeria on Friday, June 30 at 7 p.m. and on Saturday, July 1 at 1 p.m.
This classic story will be directed by Ken Lydy, associate vice president for student affairs at Wilmington College. Lydy remarked, “This is a wonderful opportunity for kids and teens to create a memorable production together this summer!”
Lois A. Hock, managing director of Clinton County Kids & Company, said, “I am very excited that we are celebrating the 24th year of Kids & Company this summer. We are looking for children. There is no charge for children participating and we need lots of backstage help behind the scenes so let us know if you’re interested in working backstage.”
