WILMINGTON — HomeTown HoliDazzle’s outdoor events have been cancelled due to weather, according to the group’s Facebook page, but the parade will start at 7 p.m.
A post announcing the change, posted at about 10:30 p.m. Friday, said the indoor events will continue. The group said the parade will go on.
