Brown Funeral Home makes its debut

A grand opening was held at the Brown Funeral Home on Tuesday as the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting and tours of the new facility were open to the public. The facility, built in 1913, is located in the “Historic Murphy Home” at 237 W. Main St., Wilmington. The home has been beautifully reinvented to service the area with creative and affordable solutions. The Brown Funeral Home, partnered by Billy Arehart, wants to continue to “celebrate life” for the passing of loved ones. They will be able to serve traditional and non-traditional funerals including cremation and the freedom to express ones ideas for the passing of loved ones. For more information, contact Brown Funeral Home at 937-382-2247.
