Sunday at FCC

WILMINGTON — A “Blessing of the Animals” service is slated for this Sunday, October 2 at 3 p.m. in the Courtyard of First Christian Church (FCC) in Wilmington.

“You love your pets and provide for their every need, so bring those special animals to this brief service to ask God’s blessings upon them,” states a media release.

All animals welcome, but must be leashed or crated to protect them and others.

The FCC facility is at the corner of North Walnut and Columbus Streets in Wilmington.
