I have had the extreme pleasure of knowing Terry Habermehl since 1977 when our family moved to Wilmington. When I say Terry is a brother, I can ensure that is the most respect that I can have for a person. They say in life that you have five friends that are truly friends. I can claim Terry as one of my five.

The word “brother” may confuse some, but Terry and I both have military experience and in military terms brother is the one that you want next to you when you are in a confrontation or fighting a tragedy. I would always want Terry at my side and I feel the good people of Clinton County want Terry as their brother going forward.
