WASHINGTON — The East Clinton Junior High School wrestling team lost a pair of matches to Wilmington and Washington Thursday night.

The Astros were defeated by the Hurricane 52-24 and the Blue Lions 55-24.

Josh Cline at 134 pounds recorded a pair of pins for East Clinton. Brayden Esposito at 92 pounds, John Cline at 142 pounds and Brayden Dotson had one pin each.

Kamrin Debord had two forfeit victories while John Cline had one forfeit win.
