KEY NEWCOMERS
Freshmen Olivia Gundler and Regan Ostermeier, both put up very good numbers last year for the junior high, and show a lot of potential. First year runners Sarah Burton and Emily Gundler have looked good in practice and could help in relays and multiple events. Junior Morgan Deless in the throwing events.

Kayla Nause mid distance and 4 x 800 to graduation, Jalyna Ambrocia defending league champ in the shot to softball, and senior Erica Richardson defending league champion in the 300 hurdles, and league champion 4 x 800

We have some experience coming back after being so young last year. We have some first time runners that will provide some depth.
RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO IMPROVE …
We have some first year runners and we are still trying to figure out what relays and events that will maximize their abilities and help the team.
TEAM TO BEAT IN SBAAC
Williamsburg has a great program and are the six-time defending league champions. We only lost to them last year by four points. It is hard to overcome their pole vault advantage (18-0)
