EBER — The East Clinton tennis team evened its South Central Ohio League record Monday with a 3-2 win over Miami Trace on the Fayette County courts at the Club at Quail Run.

EC is 3-4 overall and 3-3 in the league.

Luke Meares upped his record to 5-1 with a 6-1, 6-1 win at second singles. Paul Luttrell improved to 4-2 win a 6-4, 7-5 win at first singles.

Travis Knel and Elijah Howard won their first match of the year at second doubles to give EC the victory.
