Clinton-Massie blanks Fairfield 6-0

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie baseball team defeated Leesburg Fairfield 6-0 Thursday in a non-league baseball game at Paul Schwamberger Field.

The win puts the Falcons at 19-1 on the year. Clinton-Massie will play Miami Trace Friday and is scheduled to play Wilmington in a South Central Ohio League showdown 4 p.m. Sunday at PSF.

Max Murray and Dana Eichenhorst combined for the pitching win for the Falcons. Murray started and pitched two outs deep into the sixth for his second win of the year.

JT Wolf, Noah Greathouse, JP Cantrell and Aric France had multiple hit games for CMHS, coach Brian Camp said.

Clinton-Massie scored five runs on six hits in the fourth inning.
