The Wilmington Titans 13U baseball team will be holding open try-outs July 23 for the 13U “select” youth baseball team.

Tryouts are scheduled for 9 to 11 a.m. at J.W. Denver Williams Jr. Memorial Park on the Wilmington Savings Bank Field located off Fife Avenue.

This is an “open” tryout, where any youth, from the Clinton County and surrounding area, who will be 13 years of age or younger by May 1, 2016 may tryout for the team. The team will begin competing in the spring of 2017.

Those interested in participating in the tryout are encouraged to send email and contact information to Barker or the Titans email in case tryouts are affected by weather. The rain date for the Titans tryouts will be 2 to 4 p.m. July 24.
