10th annual Hoop Dreams Basketball Camp


The Clinton County Board of Developmental Disabilities held its 10th annual Hoop Dreams Basketball Camp recently with 30 athletes participating. Volunteer instructors provide basic skills, training and recreational play for the athletes.
