Massie tramples Trace on new MT tennis courts 5-0

EBER — The Clinton-Massie tennis team wrapped up its regular season with a 5-0 win over Miami Trace Tuesday on the new courts at MTHS in South Central Ohio League action.

The Lady Falcons wrap up their regular season with a 10-8 overall record and 6-6 mark in the SCOL.

Both Clinton-Massie doubles teams posted 6-0, 6-0 wins — Claire Carruthers and Nina Lazic at first doubles, and Amber Winemiller and Megan Wonderly at second doubles.

Clinton-Massie’s Hailey Clayborn goes in to the upcoming Div. II Sectional tournament, Oct. 6 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center as the No. 3 seed seed in the singles bracket.
