WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — Clinton-Massie’s Jacob Whitaker was the race runnerup Saturday at the Washington Invitational cross country meet.

The Falcons as a team also were second. Whitaker ran a 17:42.66 to lead the Falcons. Alex Hudson was eighth in 19:00.64.

East Clinton was sixth in the boys team standings with Aiden Henson leading the way. He ran 13th in 19:35.4.

In the 3k junior high boys race, Braydon Green of CM was 12th in 13:40.68 and Trent Garen of East Clinton was 13th in 13:45.78.
