The Rodger O. Borror Middle School eighth grade boys basketball team defeated Clinton-Massie 50-17 Thursday night.

“Our last three games have been, by far, our best effort in terms of intensity and team basketball,” ROB head coach Randall Davis said. “These boys are starting to buy in to the program and it is showing.”

Matt Butcher led the offense with 12 points for the Hurricane.

Kendal France and Landyn Griffith had 9 points each and Ben Zerby tossed in 8 points. Elijah Rockhold and Brady Vilvens scored 8 points each. DaShawn Turner and TJ Killen scored 2 points each.
