’Cats claw way to 3-2 win over Indians

HILLSBORO — The Blanchester High School tennis team edged Hillsboro 3-2 Tuesday night in a non-league match on the Highland County school courts.

The Wildcats up their rec0rd to 3-2 with the win.

Tanner Kellerman and Cody McCollister posted a 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 win at second doubles to secure the team victory.

“Second doubles played very well,” said BHS coach Scott Shepard. “Great to gain more experience for the league match (Wednesday) against Bethel-Tate.”
