The Wilmington City Recreation Department is taking registration for adult summer volleyball and softball leagues.

For volleyball, cost for a team is $200. Full payment is required by May 22.

Teams must submit a roster to the athletic coordinator with names and addresses of each player. A team that has 60 percent or more city residents will be given a $25 discount toward the team fee. A team with fewer than 60 percent city residents or does not submit a roster must play the full team fee cost.

Co-ed volleyball leagues will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at J.W. Denver Williams Jr. Memorial Park. Games will begin in early June.

For softball, cost for a team is $375 for men’s leagues and $200 for co-ed leagues. Full payment is required by May 22.
