The 2020 Clinton County Reads kick-off starts at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 23 via Facebook Live, on the Clinton County Reads Facebook page, and will feature Megan Fair, who will speak on “People, Places, and Perspectives: A Conversation about Identity and ‘The Line Becomes a River.”
