Dwiggins Road to close for maintenance

Dwiggins Road will be closed for maintenance beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5 at the intersection of Starbuck Road between Dover Road and Prairie Road, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office. Starbuck Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic in the project area at the Dwiggins intersection.

The project is anticipated to last three weeks, weather permitting.
