Warriors battle Hurricane to 3-3 tie in boys soccer

GOSHEN — Wilmington managed just a 3-3 tie Thursday with Goshen in SBAAC American Division boys soccer at Jim Brown Stadium.

The Hurricane slips to 3-1-1 in league play and 5-2-1 overall. The Warriors are 0-3-1 in the American Division.

Clinton-Massie leads the league at 4-1 with Batavia second at 3-1. WHS had a chance to move ahead of the Bulldogs but Jeremy May scored all three Goshen goals in the match.

On Monday, Wilmington lost to Northwest 3-2. Ben Angelica and Jose Morales both had one goal and one assist in the match. Levi Cochran had 13 saves in goal for Wilmington.
