LEES CREEK — Playing strong from start to finish, East Clinton defeated Paint Valley 25-12, 25-15, 25-19 Wednesday in non-league volleyball.
“The girls played very well together,” coach Sarah Sodini said. “We didn’t have our rollercoaster ride play like we have been. They executed the whole game.”
The Astros are 9-11 and have won four of their last six matches.
Colie Murarescu and Karsyn Jamison played well at the net, Sodini said, while Abbi Reynolds “stepped up her effort and has been playing very tough this week.”
