Bethel-Tate wins National Division boys golf match at BFGC

GEORGETOWN — Bethel-Tate held off a trio of league rivals Monday as the SBAAC National Division boys golf teams played the divisional at Buttermilk Falls Golf Course.

The Tigers had a 180 while Clermont Northeastern shot 181, Williamsburg had 188 and Georgetown carded a 189.

Evan Malott of Blanchester had a 42 while East Clinton’s Mitchell Ellis shot a 49.

EC coach Thomas Sodini was impressed with Wade Smith’s improvement and ball striking. He finished with a 52.
