WILMINGTON — Clinton-Massie remained on top of the SBAAC girls golf standings following Monday’s nine-hole round here at the Elks 79 Golf Club.

Grace Boone had a 40 to lead the Falcons, who came in first with a 177 total. Goshen was next at 200.

“Grace played another solid round,” Massie coach James Brady said. “She is our team leader and works very hard on her game. Grace’s knowledge of the game is very impressive.”

Stormie Stroud followed with a 43 and Rylee Long had a 46.

“Stormie … has really learned to battle and will be an asset to a college golf program,” said Brady. “Rylee has impressed me with her growth as a player. For only playing this sport for a little over a year she has put a lot of nice rounds together.”

Blanchester was fifth with 222 and Wilmington finished sixth with a 299.
