WARREN COUNTY, OHIO — Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol Lebanon Post are investigating a Monday morning single-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on U.S. 22 near South Clarksville Road, according to a news release.
A preliminary investigation revealed that at approximately 8:35 a.m., Robert Hinman, 75, of Morrow, was traveling northeast on U.S. 22 in a 2008 Pontiac G6. Hinman reportedly drove off the left side of the road, striking a guardrail and a tree.
Hinman was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to OSP.
The Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio Department of Transportation, and Clinton-Warren Join Fire and Rescue.
The crash remains under investigation by the Lebanon Ohio State Highway Patrol Post.
