Glasshouse Realty Group proudly celebrated the grand opening of its newest office in downtown Wilmington on Saturday, Aug. 24, with a well-attended event at its new location in downtown Wilmington at 117 N. South St., Suite A. The celebration brought together local community members, business leaders, and real estate professionals to mark this exciting expansion of Glasshouse Realty Group, according to a news release.

The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, held in partnership with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce, to officially open the new office. Attendees enjoyed a warm and welcoming atmosphere with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and an opportunity to meet the LUX Elite Group team that led the charge in finding and opening the new space.

LUX Elite Group, led by licensed agent and Wilmington native Xanni Burton, is the latest addition to the rapidly growing Glasshouse Realty Group, which was founded in 2019 by Dayton natives Evan Kloth and Mo Zahedi. The new office aims to bring local expertise and personalized service to the Wilmington and Hillsboro communities.

The team, which includes agents Laura Long, Amanda Fife, and Lauren Stroud, is uniquely positioned to provide exceptional real estate services with a deep understanding of the local market.
