Cheyenne Gasaway recently spoke to the Wilmington Rotary Club about the Advanced Diabetes Management at Pinnacle Primary Care.
Gasaway received a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master of science as a nurse practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Columbus. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent six years as a registered nurse working in various departments at Clinton Memorial Hospital, including emergency, medical telemetry, medical surgical, intensive care, and interventional radiology.
Gasaway serves as the nurse practitioner for Advanced Diabetes Management at Pinnacle Primary Care. The practice treats patients with diabetes, 15 years and older, with education, management, use of insulin pumps and medication.
