ADAMS TOWNSHIP — Clinton-Massie ended a 20-match losing streak Wedneday with a 25-18, 24-26,25-19, 25-19 win over East Clinton at Brian P. Mudd Court.

The Falcons (1-12) last won a match on Sept. 18, 2023 at East Clinton.

“The girls played hard the whole time and never game up,” CM coach Brianna Machado said. “It was fun to watch.”

The Astros are 9-3 and had a seven-match win streak come to an end with the loss.

“It was an off game for us,” EC coach Sarah Sodini said. “We did not play the way we’ve been playing. We had a lot of hitting errors. Massie was scrappy and played well.”
