Wax, Winkle combine for shutout as Massie blanks Wilmington (Update Elizabeth Clark Photos)

WILMINGTON —Rosie Hall had a goal and two assists as Clinton-Massie defeated Wilmington 4-0 Tuesday in SBAAC American Division girls soccer at Alumni Field.

Kailey Wax had one save and Myla Winkle had two saves as the Falcons posted the shutout win.

Clinton-Massie goes to 4-6 overall and 3-4 in the American Division.

Wilmington falls to 2-8 overall and 0-7 in the conference.

In addition to Hall, the Falcons had goals by three other players. Kennedy Walbe netted her first varsity goal while Makenna Bennington and Bella Ashley also scored.
