First State Bank to celebrate 5 years at Wilmington location

First State Bank is excited to celebrate five years of serving the Wilmington community. To mark this special occasion, the public is invited to an event on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the bank’s Wilmington branch, located at 1584 Rombach Ave.

The event will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. in conjunction with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce, and First State will be offering sweet treats and refreshments as a small token of its appreciation for your continued support and business, according to a news release.

First State Bank has been built on belief since 1884.

“We believe in rural communities, faith, family, hard work, and treating people well,” the release states. “And we believe when we build up our customers, our communities, and each other, we can make a lifelong difference. With 17 locations throughout Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky, First State Bank is here to help with all of your lending and banking needs. We are grateful to the Wilmington community for embracing us over the past five years, and we look forward to many more years of serving you.”
