WILMINGTON, Ohio — Clinton Memorial Hospital is proud to announce its inclusion in Ohio Magazine’s 2024 Best Places to Work list, marking an extraordinary achievement as the only hospital in Ohio to receive this honor, according to a news release.

The award recognizes organizations that cultivate strong workplace cultures and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their employees.

To celebrate this momentous recognition, Clinton Memorial Hospital unveiled a new mosaic in the hospital atrium on Sept. 19. This unique piece of art, which from a distance resembles the hospital itself, is composed of hundreds of photographs of hospital staff members. The mosaic serves as a tribute to the dedicated employees who are the very foundation of the hospital’s success and its reputation for exceptional patient care, according to the release.

“We are incredibly honored to be named one of Ohio’s Best Places to Work,” said Tom Daskalakis, CEO of Clinton Memorial Hospital. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication and loyalty of our staff, whose commitment to our patients and to each other is the cornerstone of our strong, compassionate culture. Our employees are the heart of this hospital, and we are proud to celebrate their hard work and the collaborative spirit that drives us forward.”

“Clinton Memorial Hospital’s achievement reflects its unwavering focus on fostering an environment where employees feel valued and supported,” the release states. “The hospital’s strong culture is built on mutual respect, open communication, and a shared mission to provide the best healthcare for the community.”
