ODOT weekly construction update

Through the week ending Sept. 28: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Clinton County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. NEW IMPACTS

S.R. 134 Culvert Replacement – At the Berlin Road intersection, approximately 1.5 miles south of Wilmington, Monday-Friday, September 23-27. Throughout the week, traffic on S.R. 134 will be maintained in one lane with the use of flaggers; however, Berlin Road will be closed at the junction with S.R. 134, and motorists will be detoured by way of Marion and Harland drives.

S.R. 729 Resurfacing – Between Larrick/Cox Road at Lees Creek and the Fayette County line. Construction is scheduled to begin in early October with pavement repairs, followed by paving operations. Traffic will be maintained in one lane with the use of flaggers, and although the interim completion will be in late fall 2024, all work is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2025.

CONTINUING IMPACT

S.R. 73/28 Resurfacing – On S.R. 73, between Antioch Road and the Highland County line, and on S.R. 28, between the intersection with S.R. 73 in New Vienna and the Highland County line. Traffic will be maintained in one lane with the use of flaggers during daytime, working hours. All work is scheduled to be completed in mid to late fall of this year.
