The following are upcoming public meetings in Clinton County:

City Records Commission to meet

The Wilmington Records Commission is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 3 p.m. in the Moyer Community Room at the Municipal Building’s first floor, 69 N. South St. in Wilmington.

Local Board of Health to meet

The Clinton County Board of Health will be meeting for the regular meeting on Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. in the Clinton County Annex Community Room.

Health District to hold public meeting

This notice is to inform all interested parties of the proposed revisions of the fees for licenses/services for Environmental Health Program areas for Food Safety, Public Swimming Pools, Body Art, Camps, Rabies Testing, Private Water, and Household Sewage Treatment Systems. A public hearing will be held at Clinton County Annex Building- Community Room- 111 S. Nelson Ave. Wilmington, at 11 a.m. on Oct. 28. The proposed fee revisions can be found at https://co.clinton.oh.us/departments/HealthDistrict. Proposed revisions will be effective Dec. 1, 2024. Health District to hold public meeting

This notice is to inform all interested parties of the proposed establishment of Local Air Pollution Control Regulations being considered by the Clinton County Board of Health. A public hearing will be held at Clinton County Annex Building- Community Room- 111 S. Nelson Ave. Wilmington, at 11 a.m. on Oct. 28. The proposed revisions of the Local Air Pollution Control Regulations are as follows: Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3704 and Ohio Administrative Code 3745-14 through 3745-24, 3745-31, 3745-73, 3745-76, 3745-77 through 80, 3745-100 through 104, 3745-107, and 3745-110-114 are hereby incorporated by reference as the Clinton County Health District Local Air Pollution Control Regulations. Complete text of these regulations can be found at https://epa.ohio.gov/divisions-and-offices/air-pollution-control/regulations/effective-rules. Proposed revisions will be effective Dec. 1, 2024.
