The Clinton County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD) celebrated the grand opening of its new facility at 180 E. Sugartree St. in Wilmington with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024, hosted in partnership with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce. The new location marks a fresh chapter for the CCBDD, providing a more central and accessible space for its operations. Community members were invited to join the event, which included tours, refreshments, an opportunity to meet the dedicated CCBDD team, and a special appearance by a representative from Governor Mike DeWine’s office.
