Members of American Legion Wilmington Veterans Post 49, in early January, voted to donate $10,000 each to three very worthwhile organizations.
During their regular meeting, those present decided to show their support for Hope House, Shriners Children’s Hospital and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Following the vote, they also requested an invitation be extended to each entity to attend a future meeting.
