WILMINGTON — Led by Jacelyn Lawson, Clinton-Massie defeated East Clinton 1486 to 1272 Wednesday at Royal Z Lanes in non-league girls bowling action.

Lawson had games of 194 and 184.

“It’s nice to see the girls get back on track after the tough loss (Tuesday),” coach Tyler Hayslip said. “Jacelyn was able to put up a great series. Everyone got some lane time and it puts us in a good position moving forward to the tournament on Saturday.”

Clinton-Massie will compete in the Ironclad tournament Saturday in Hillsboro.
