WILMINGTON — The following report is generated from incident reports provided by the Wilmington Police Department. All those charged/arrested are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in court. Charges may be dropped or changed in court.

Wilmington police recently processed the following reports:

• Police arrested a 34-year-old female for alleged domestic violence at 7:41 p.m. on December 13. According to the report, the incident involved the suspect and her live-in boyfriend (age 35) on Xenia Avenue. The victim was listed as having apparent minor injuries. Neither drugs nor alcohol were listed as being involved. No further details were listed.

• Police arrested a 29-year-old Leesburg male for an alleged O.V.I. and drug abuse possession at 1 p.m. on December 13. According to the report, police conducted a traffic stop around North Spring Street and Xenia Avenue and arrested a man who had a warrant. The report indicates drug abuse instruments were located and the suspect was reportedly driving under the influence. Five hypodermic syringes were located.

• Police arrested two subjects – two males, ages 36 and 34, respectively – for alleged drug-related offenses after a traffic stop around South South Street and Woodland Drive at noon on December 14. According to the report, police found a hypodermic syringe, a meth pipe, and a white pipe. The 36-year-old was charged with alleged drug abuse instrument possession and the 34-year-old was charged with alleged drug paraphernalia.

• At 4:52 p.m. on December 13, while on patrol police located a wanted female subject (age 42) at the 900 block on Rombach Avenue, made contact with her, and placed her under arrest. According to the report, when arrested suspected narcotics – a crystal-like substance – were located in her purse.

• Police arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile for alleged domestic violence and criminal damage at 8:09 p.m. on December 13. According to the report, police had responded to a Brownberry Drive residence to a child damaging property. The report noted the bedroom door was damaged and a relative was listed as a victim.

• At 1:29 a.m. on December 14, police responded to an Oak Street residence “in reference to suspected narcotics and paraphernalia being found in the home,” according to the report. Police collected a glass pipe, a hypodermic needle, and a “plastic baggie of clear crystal substance”. A 36-year-old man was listed as a suspect.

• At 6:43 a.m. on December 18, police were notified by a business at the 1600 block of Rombach Avenue they discovered evidence of possible squatters in the basement. The report did not specify what evidence was found but did note that “photos were taken and extra patrols are being performed.”
