ADAMS TOWNSHIP — Cincinnati St. Xavier edged Clinton-Massie by one stroke Tuesday in a boys golf match at Majestic Springs Golf Club.
“I was happy to see the players’ improve after last week’s performance against Centerville,” Massie coach Phil Larrick said. “We need to continue to improve our course management if we hope to obtain the goals we have set for ourselves.”
The Bombers had a 156 while the Falcons finished with 157.
Andy Steed was the match medalist with a 36. Owen Goodwin came in with 38.
The Falcons are 39-6-1 on the year.
Colson Morgan had a 41 and Micah Ruther shot 42. Jack DeHart posted a 44. Evan Jett had a personal best varsity score of 50.
