GOSHEN — East Clinton and Clinton-Massie ran Monday at the Goshen Invitational cross country meet.
East Clinton coach Josh Simmons said there was some rain and with a flat course there were some good times posted.
Malea Beam of Clinton-Massie was the top finisher among county competitors, placing fourth in the high school girls race with a time of 22:24. The Clinton-Massie girls finished second in the team standings.
On the boys side, East Clinton was fifth and Clinton-Massie sixth.
Jackson Seabaugh of EC was the top county runner, placing eighth in 18:38.97.
For the East Clinton Middle School teams, Carter Kaun was 12th in 13:56.98 for the boys and Ally George was 13th in 17:10.94 for the girls.
