The Wilmington City Council is scheduled to meet Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. in the council chambers on the municipal building’s second floor, 69 N. South St.

Rural Water Services Council to hold annual meeting

Local Board of Health to meet

The Clinton County Board of Health will be meeting for the regular meeting on Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. in the Clinton County Annex Community Room.
